The E319 can be used for either cardboard or plastic, and the low height means that it can be installed in tight locations such as storerooms or unpacking areas, it has no hydraulic oils and its wide door opening means it can handle large box sizes. There is no hydraulics on the Model 319 which is simple, safe, and easy to use.
The Electric E319 is a quiet-running electro-mechanical baler. Featuring a spindle-driven pressing plate, the E319 quietly compresses material with up to 15 tonnes of pressing force.Suitable for cardboard, plastic and other recyclable material, the E319 has a modern control system to start the machine and activate the pressing cycle.
The pressing plate has a constant pressure feature, which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without any additional electrical use.
The E319 electric baler features a magnetic safety switch and inductive sensors, additionally, customized functions can easily be switched on/off. This unique construction allows for a smaller height, while still featuring a large feed opening and heavy bale weight.
As it is powered by electricity, without using hydraulics, the E319 baler is suitable for locations that do not already have a source of compressed air. The lack of hydraulics means that the E319 operates quietly, without interfering with the natural workflow, and can be located in hygiene-sensitive areas. At just 1.85 meters high, the E319 electric baler has a low working height and can be installed in most locations with relative ease.
