The A509 compacts a wide variety of recyclable waste and with the adjustable bale size it can adapt to different situations and materials. With a wide opening and spacious pressing chamber, the A509 is able to handle bulky materials and large volumes.
With plastic bales up to 300kg – an automated bale out mechanism is a must, and the A509 has a two-handed system that lives up to the EN16500 safety standard
The heavy-duty machine is based on pneumatic technology, two cylinders powered by compressed air allow for a pressing force of 8000 kg and a super-fast pressing cycle of only 15-25 seconds.
If the risk of leaking hydraulic oil sounds like a bad idea, a pneumatic machine is the way to go, removing the risk of contamination, and easy and fast to install.
